Warned BLM Helicopter Contractor Back Stampeding Public’s Wild Horses « Straight from the Horse's Heart
Sun-J Helicopter, under contract with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), continues to stampede and trap wild horses on public land two months after a Nevada Federal judge issued a Temporary Restraining Order and warning for issues over alleged inhumane treatment of the wild mustangs. Both the BLM and the stampede contractor have been skirting the legal eye of the federal judge by trapping wild horses outside of the Nevada state line.
