Yesterday we reported that what Plaintiff Laura Leigh heard from Judge Hicks was a mixed bag and it was. On the up side, it's not over and she can and will proceed with attempting to obtain a TRO for the other two roundup areas and her First Amendment rights were protected as she is now allowed access to document the BLM and Cattoor's cruelty at Owyhee. When Laura called to update me I didn't want to cloud the moment, didn't want a spark of negativity to enter in as Laura was excited about finally sticking her boot in the BLM's gate. This is difficult for Laura, she is pretty much standing alone while the rest of us watch from the sidelines and as a good coach, I just did not want to spoil the moment. But the moment has passed.
