Hearing Set for Bloody Tuscarora Injunction « Straight from the Horse's Heart
Thursday, July 15th is the date that Herd Watch project manager Laura Leigh will take her case to court in an effort to shut down the deadly and unnecessary Tuscarora Roundup. 7 wild horses were reported to be killed on the very first day of the misguided operation with an additional 5 horses dying while in holding, 3 of them foals which is the crux of Ms. Leigh’s complaint.
