Talk of reform within the Bureau of Land Management‘s wild horse management program has failed to deliver any changes, the Wild Horse Freedom Federation says.
The group, which funds legal challenges against the Governmental agencies that it considers are acting against the wellbeing of wild horses and burros, says 2012 is mirroring 2011, with hundreds of wild horses again targeted for removal from public lands.
