Federal Court Keeps Watchful Eye on BLM Wild Horse Pilot Conduct « Straight from the Horse's Heart

In a recent court action filed by plaintiff Laura Leigh, VP of Wild Horse Freedom Federation (WHFF), U.S. District Judge H. McKibben granted a rare emergency order which clearly warns the BLM and their contract helicopter stampede pilot to conduct their controversial wild horse roundups in a humane and controlled fashion. The judge was “deeply disturbed” by the BLM’s attempt to simply brush off the continued aggressive and dangerous behavior of their contract wild horse helicopter pilot. The Judge’s warning transcends the activity at the Triple B roundup, alone, and instead reaches far into the future as the case is both active and the amended complaint is sitting on the judges desk. Any repeat performance by the pilot of Sun J and the Federal Judge will be notified and WHFF is watching.
