Houston (SFTHH) – El Paso Corp. denies recent news stories that claim their controversial $3 Billion Ruby Pipeline is “delayed over concerns about cultural sites and endangered species.”
Richard Wheatley, media relations manager for El Paso, stated that construction on the pipeline, which will run from Opal, Wyo., to Malin, Ore., is expected to begin in late June or early July, depending up the receipt remaining approvals.
