HOUSTON – (SFTHH) -In a recent promotional email, Wyoming Rep. Sue Wallis, Executive Director of the United Organizations of the Horse and Dave Duquette of the United Horseman’s Front display photos of their participation with and boast about receiving donations from known horse slaughter buyers (aka killer buyers).
