Congressional Committee Will Call for Moratorium on Gathers « Straight from the Horse's Heart
A Congressional staff member has confirmed to Animal Law Coalition that the House Natural Resources Committee is calling on BLM to stop all gathers or removals of wild horses and burros until Congress takes action on the controversial issues surrounding the wild horses and burros.
